Atopic Eczema

This allergic condition occurs in those with an inherited predisposition and is triggered environmental factors. In atopic eczema, areas of skin become itchy and inflamed. These symptoms may be present all the time or come and go for no apparent reason. Most people with atopic eczema also have dry and sensitive skin.

Psoriasis

This inherited condition is triggered by different factors that cause the appearance of thickened scaly plaques on the skin. Patients with psoriasis often have dry and sensitive skin, and need to take special care of it to help prevent new lesions.
